Integrative biology

The Integrative Biology Division is a multifaceted structure comprised of research groups specializing in studies on the molecular, cellular, and physiological foundations of critical areas such as cancer, neurodevelopment, and cardiology. This division is driven by a unified mission: to understand the mechanisms underlying various diseases in order to identify and assess potential molecular targets to develop new therapies. The ultimate goal is to translate these discoveries into tangible benefits for human health with the introduction of more effective and personalized therapies.
