The CNPEM Summer Scholarship Program (PBV) is promoting the 32nd edition, an initiative designed to foster science and innovation among young university students in Latin America and the Caribbean. Since 1992, the program has inspired students to pursue scientific careers and develop technological projects, offering a unique experience in one of Brazil’s leading research centers.
The PBV is targeted at undergraduate students in the fields of Exact and Earth Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Biological Sciences, and Health. To date, the program has welcomed over 450 students across its various editions. Applications are free and open from August 23 to September 23, 2024, exclusively on the PBV website.

Successful PBV32 candidates will be welcomed starting January 8, 2025, and will enjoy a series of benefits, including round-trip airfare between the place of residence and the CNPEM campus in Campinas, São Paulo; psychological and pedagogical support throughout the program; travel assistance insurance; free meals, lodging and daily transportation between the temporary residence and the CNPEM.
