Advanced Omics Laboratory

The Advanced Omics Laboratory (LOA) is a multidisciplinary space dedicated to sample processing for different omics applications, integrating flow cytometry technologies, high-precision cell sorting and single-cell analysis. Its infrastructure permits phenotypic and morphological characterization of cells, separation of specific subpopulations with high purity, and refined preparation of samples for genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic and other approaches. With cutting-edge equipment and optimized protocols, the laboratory offers complete support for research projects that require high cellular resolution and quality in the preparation of biological materials.

How to submit research proposals

LOA currently operates on a continuous basis for internal CNPEM users only.
