This team works together with LNBio’s research groups, offering a robust computational infrastructure for high-performance processing of biological data. It conducts advanced statistical analyses, applies techniques for visualization and processing of bioimages, along with methods from bioinformatics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The objective of these approaches is to extract significant information about sets of complex and diversified biological data like omics and bioimaging.
