Chromatography Analysis of Small Molecules (LAMP-C)

This team works to identify and quantify targets in complex mixtures, and develops specific metabolic profiles in biological samples. It carries out and analyzes various ADME tests in vitro such as those to determine solubility and stability and chromatographic logP and logD. It also conducts in vivo experiments for a wide-ranging assessment of ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion), ensuring complete understanding of the pharmacokinetic profile. The group develops pre-analytical and analytical technologies to identify, qualify, and quantify small molecules, focused on liquid chromatography associated with spectroscopic and spectrometric techniques.
