Cryo-Electron Microscopy of Chaperonins at Different Biochemical States
Aug 21, 2012 | 10:30 am - 5:00 pm
Cryo-electron microscopy is an emerging structural technique for imaging individual molecular machines, aggregates, organelles and tiny cells embedded in vitreous ice without chemical fixative and negative stain. Chaperonin will be used to present the capability of cryoEM for revealing the structural plasticity of their functional states.
