This fellowship is within the scope of a Thematic Project supported by the S\u00e3o Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). It aims to study the molecular and cellular mechanisms of the filamentation of metabolic enzymes in cells under nutritional stress and the impact of this process on tumorigenesis and tumour progression.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate&#8217;s minimum requirements are:<\/p>\n<p>1) PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related areas obtained within the last 7 (seven) years, in Brazil or abroad.<\/p>\n<p>2) Experience in the subjects:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>a) molecular biology for gene cloning and cell modification, mainly CRISPR\/Cas9.<\/li>\n<li>b) cultivation and study of eukaryotic cells.<\/li>\n<li>c) protein biochemistry.<\/li>\n<li>d) cryo-electron microscopy of single particles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>3) Commitment to research, organization, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.<\/p>\n<p>4) Communication and writing skills in English.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Post-Doctoral fellowship and a research contingency fund, equivalent to 10% of the annual value of the fellowship, for items related to the research activity.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should send <br>1.
