Leica TCS SP8 inverted microscope. This confocal microscope allows the analysis of in vivo or fixed biological samples through confocal scanning mode, tridimensional reconstruction, colocalization, time lapse, FRAP, FRET and spectral separation. This microscope is equipped with incubation chambers for controlling temperature and CO2 levels. Laser wavelengths available: 405, 458, 476, 488, 496, 514, 561, 594 and 633 nm. Objectives: HC PL Fluotar 5x/0.15 Dry; HC PL Apo CS 10x/0.40 Dry; HC PL Apo CS2 20x/0.75 Imm (water, glicerol, oil); HC PL Apo CS2 40x/1.30 Oil; HC PL Apo CS2 63x/1.40 Oil; HC PL Apo CS2 63x/1.20 Water Detectors: 1 PMT, 2 Hybrid, 1 TLD. Leica TCS SP8 STED 3X inverted super-resolution microscope. Confocal microscope capable to reach resolution beyond light-diffraction limit for nanoscopy in X, Y and Z (up to 50 nm). Gated White Light Laser (WLL) improves resolution even for live cells. Fully compatible with regular confocal preparations (i.e. for Leica TCS SP8). Equipped with stitching module able to create panoramic image from multiples regions and positions. In addition to 405, WLL allows using up to 8 channels from 470 to 670 nm, with 1 nm resolution in wavelength. STED depletion laser in 775 nm. Objectives: HC PL Apo CS2 10x/0.40 Dry; HC PL Apo CS2 20x/0.75 Dry; HC PL Apo CS2 63x/1.40 Oil; HC PL Apo CS2 100x/1.40 Oil. Detectors: Detectors: 2 PMT, 2 Hybrid (gated), 1 TLD. DIC capture available
